Vault13 back in business!

It took a little while before we were fully back live, but ordering via the site is possible again.
We've now sorted all the stock in Groningen and can get everything organized, although of course, some items may have been misplaced during the move without us noticing yet.

With the relaunch of Vault13 under Comic Stripshop, various systems that had been shut down had to be reconnected (such as payment providers, shipping service integrations, etc.).
In theory, this is quite simple, but unfortunately, it came with a few bumps along the way. Luckily, things seem to be working again now.
Vault13.shop still works the same as before, but we’ve had to make a few changes regarding preorders (which are placed via Comics.nu).
Here’s a summary:
- The preorder site Comics.nu will be separated from Vault13.
- The discount is no longer available, and all orders must now be paid in advance.
- We now offer free shipping on preorders from €70 and up (provided the preorder is fully paid).
- The option to stack orders remains. If your total exceeds €70 after stacking, you can email us to have the order shipped (emailing is necessary to avoid automatic shipping charges if multiple smaller orders are ready).
- If you place an order at Vault13, you can still stack it as well.
If you combine it with a ready preorder worth over €70, you can have them shipped together and save on shipping costs
(Note: Vault13 charges standard shipping costs for all orders, regardless of the order amount).
- All preorders placed up to and including May via the old owner of the Vault13 site (expected release from the end of July) are now being handled by us.
We will take care of the fulfillment and shipping.
- All preorders placed from August onward (expected release from October) are being forwarded to the importer and will also be handled by us from now on.
- Preorders placed in June (expected release from August) have been canceled by VAULT13 and will not be forwarded to us.
- In July, it was not possible to place preorders via the site; therefore, we will not be receiving any of those items either.
