Shipping & Returns – Vault13 Online Store
When you place an order in the webshop, you can choose from the following shipping methods:
Pickup in store
Stacking comics
Parcel Service
When you place an order, your package will be shipped within 2 business days, and the package will normally be delivered within 2 business days. The shipping costs are €6.95 (or €25.00 outside the Netherlands, within Europe). Please note! The shipping costs for returning items are also at your own expense.
Pickup in Store
You can choose to pick up a product in the store. Your order will then be available within 3 business days. Please take into account the opening hours and holidays! To pick up the product, you need to show the invoice number and a valid ID at the counter and also sign for receipt. You can make an appointment to pick up your order by phone or email.
Stacking Comics
If you choose "Stack my comics," we will send your accumulated issues as soon as you select a shipping option for an order.
Not completely satisfied with the ordered items? That's unfortunate, but it can happen! You have a reflection period of 14 days after receiving your order, and a return period of 14 days. When the items meet our conditions, you can return them using the webshop. We will then proceed to refund the purchase amount. The costs of returning are at the expense of the customer.
If you order statues, action figures, or comics, the original packaging must be unopened. If the items are completely removed from the packaging, any right to return is forfeited.
ATTENTION! If you receive an order that appears to be damaged during transport, leave the packaging unopened and contact us at [email protected]. To be sure, send us some photos of the unopened shipment first.
We do our best to package all orders as well as possible. Unfortunately, not all delivery personnel are equally careful. If your product is damaged, we will, of course, reimburse your costs or (if in stock) provide a replacement product.
Return Conditions
- It must be indicated within the reflection period if there is a return.
- The return order must be received within the set return period of 14 days.
- The costs for returning are for yourself. Make sure you provide a return with Track & Trace addressed to [email protected]. If a package cannot be traced, we consider it as not received.
- The items to be returned must be unworn (trying on is, of course, allowed).
- The items to be returned must have all tags still attached.
- The items to be returned must not contain any signs of use or makeup stains.
- Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and hair products can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
- Statues, action figures, and comics in sealed packages must be returned unopened.
- Products must be carefully packaged for return. We fill the packages with extra protective materials such as styrofoam flakes. Ensure that products are packed in the middle of the package and surrounded by the same protective materials.
In short: Handle the delivered product with care. If in doubt about a delivery, please contact us. We want to provide the best service but also expect our customers to handle the process with care.
If an item does not meet our conditions, unfortunately, it cannot be returned. Our return processing determines based on various checks whether a returned item meets the conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot proceed with the refund.
Return Guide
Step 1. Log in to the webshop with your account (top right corner).
Step 2. Navigate in the menu to 'my orders' on the left.
Step 3. Click on 'view' for the relevant order and then at the bottom on 'return'.
Step 4. Indicate which item(s) need to be returned.
Step 5. Click on send.
Step 6. If it involves items from different orders, this process must be done separately for each individual order. You will then eventually get all individual payments back automatically.
Step 7. Choose a parcel service and create a return label addressed to: Vault13, Van Coehoornstraat 5, 5916 PH Venlo. Attach the new address label to the box and send it trackable.
Step 8. Check the status of your return shipment via your account.
Always keep the receipt and track & trace code!
